摘要: The effects of environmental factors, such as pH, sodium and calcium on the uptake accumulation ore-forming element cesium by bacteria were studied under K+-sufficient K+-deficient culturing conditions in terms quantity (QUA), respectively. mechanism kinetics high-affinity Cs+ cells also studied. Culturing with without K+ played a significant role cesium. QUA was much higher than that cells. subjected to external H+, Na+ Ca2+: decreased at both (9.0) lower (3.0) pH values cells, whereas experienced less differences various values, though highest remained 7.5 same showed greater inhibition concentration regimes but so (30%) (45%). Ca2+, however, revealed more complicated effects. Bacteria capacity Ca2+concentration 700 µmol/L, 10 times Cs+, However, appeared Ca2+ concentrations 70 7 little µmol/L.
