摘要: Over the past several decades, advances in technology have transformed communications and ability to acquire, disseminate, utilize information a range of environments. As result, modern armies advanced their command-and-control capabilities by using robust space through network-centric warfare. The ever-increasing convergence military commercial operations warrants considering possibility that communication infrastructures are viable components — both as targets weapons times war.
