摘要: Nano-sized hydroxyapatite (HA) is the main component of mineral bone. It possesses exceptional biocompatibility and bioactivity properties with respect to bone cells tissues, probably due its similarity hard tissues body. A great deal interest has been directed incorporate bioactive HA other materials (polymer; metals) for biomedical applications, such as synthetic graft. In this study, hydroxyapatite/PVA nano-composite synthesized doped gold NPs. The formation prepared NPs were established using UV-VIS spectroscopy. While, shape size revealed Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Physico-chemical effect doping was estimated different techniques as; X-ray diffraction, Microscopy, Fourier Transform Infra-Red spectroscopy (FTIR). thermal behaviour composite investigated Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) Differential Thermal (DTA).  spectroscopy  spectra indicate spherical While TEM images clarify highly dispersed Au diameter 3-13 nm. Also, results show morphological positive HA/PVA verify rod shaped Nano HA, similar biological apatite, result shows no change in phase even after process. However, FT-IR indicates some changes function groups, especially OH groups.
