摘要: The Meals on Wheels (MOW) program is designed to help combat hunger in persons needing assistance. MOW has a duty not only provide food but also ensure that it reaches eligible clients safely. Given the population serves, transporting safely takes increased importance. This experiment focused major safety issue of maintaining temperature integrity through use transport containers. For containers did contain electric heating elements, several factors influenced how fast fell. Those included U-value and size container as well many meals were container. As predicted, smaller U-value, longer took fall. Larger better at temperatures, provided they fully loaded. In general, loaded small medium temperatures than larger with same number meals.
