摘要: This study used a Shimadzu IP-1B capillary type isotachophoretic apparatus with potential gradient detector. An ipp-1 withdrawal cell was fitted to this and technique for withdrawing individual components directly through port developed using microsyringe. The recovery rate up 45% target components. When 100% of the component attempted by volume four times calculated (so that zones both before after were also included), best only 78%. In all cases, results varied less than 3%. limit analysis 0.01 M solution around 3 microliters. If exceeded, ion quantity too large microcapillary tube mixed formed such complete separation became impossible.
