Left Ventricular Diverticula and Aneurysms: Congenital and Acquired Lesions.

摘要: Congenital diverticula and aneurysms are extremely rare cardiac anomalies, in contrast to acquired ventricular outpouchings, which relatively commonplace. The English language literature pertaining congenital lesions particular is somewhat sparse; addition, a definitive classification scheme for these malformations lacking. In this manuscript, we review the salient diverticula, aneurysms, true "aneurysms" of membranous interventricular septum, left pseudoaneurysms. This performed with attention clinical pathological characteristics, etiology (if known), prognosis, suggested management lesions.
