摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on particular aspects of the biotic interactions between nematodes and other microorganisms. The behavior any nematode is governed by an interaction its internal physiological state, as determined genetic makeup biochemistry, external environment in which it finds itself. Molecular approaches, using rDNA, have been hugely important understanding phylogenetic relationships different organisms assessing their biodiversity. However, more recently, multilocus approaches are being pursued with both bacteria nematodes. Although these for scientist endeavoring to use one organism control another, where each locked into arms race—one against other, rapid generation diversity among a small set genes can probably be norm. Identifying those that predictive host range part pathogen or parasite, resistance host, will become starting point selection agents development robust biological strategies.
