摘要: T he presence of one or more risk factors—such as a major mental disorder, alcoholic dependence, and previous suicide attempts well acute psychosocial stressors— that bring severely mentally ill person to the hospital emergency setting needs careful consideration assessment before patient disposition. However, many factors procedures, both systems related, potentially diminish quality care provided are burdensome implement. Our article highlights numerous lapses obstacles appropriate can occur some proposed solutions enhance quality. The case example serves illustrate such scenario.
