摘要: Abstract One of the main advantages using computational systems in health care activity comes from their ability to provide useful information for decision making professionals. Thus, purpose is increment quality and efficiency healthcare delivery. In order achieve these purposes, Health Information Systems must fulfill interoperability standards, quality, security, scalability, reliability timeliness data storage processing terms. existing problems this area fact that informatics applications do not share information, or it a very low level. When communication between different exists, mainly achieved through proprietary integration solutions. paper made survey Electronic Records presented proposal some general guidelines building them promote resources.
