摘要: Fatty acid spectra were made on Thiobacillus thiooxidans cultures both in the presence and absence of organic compounds. Small additions glucose or acetate had no significant effect either growth fatty content. The addition biotin stimulatory but did result slight quantitative changes spectrum. predominant was a C(19) cyclopropane acid.
