摘要: Abstract Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the reliability a novel motion analysis device for measuring regional breakdown spinal and describing relative different segments thoracolumbar (TL) spine. Methods Two protocols were applied 18 healthy participants. In protocol 1, 2 sensors placed on forehead T1 measure cervical range (ROM). 2, 6 spinous processes T1, T4, T8, T12, L3, S1 TL ROM. Intraclass correlation coefficients used evaluate repeatability movement, whereas SEM define extent error. Ranges demonstrated in flexion extension, right-left lateral flexion, rotation head-cervical, upper thoracic, middle lower lumbar, lumbar. Results intraclass coefficient values, all regions, found be high, ranging from 0.88 0.99 movements, regions spine values ranged 0.4° 5.2°. Multiregional ROM 3° thoracic mid-thoracic during 80° at head right rotation. Conclusion described methodology reliable assessing across multiple while providing motions
