摘要: Declines in physical activity that accompany an admission to intensive care unit (ICU) represent a significant stress the body. Decreases have been demonstrated result losses functional capacity of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. These two systems are central achieving maintaining independence, which is prerequisite for discharge from healthcare facility, as independent functioning individual community setting. Whereas decrease will attenuation systems, increases can stimulate gains their capacity. The concept improving body withstand anticipated stressors has had limited application effects inactivity associated with ICU admission. By increasing individual's through increased prior admission, it seems reasonable patient would retain higher level over entire process enhancing enable them stressor termed prehabilitation. A generic program prehabilitation includes warm-up, aerobic, strength, flexibility, task components. initial training progression be different each based upon degree they individually respond activity. among patients represents health risk may reduced introducing interventions.
