摘要: The present invention provides application of perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) onto metallic substrates to form a pinhole-free protective layer by means electrostatic powder coating, adding highly thermally conductive fillers such as graphite or ceramic powders/fibers/whiskers/flakes into virgin PFA improve the thermal conductivity, well filled various substrates, including convoluted finned tubes, outer inner surfaces. Using simple coating technique, thinner than PTFE covering film and with much higher conductivity is produced on tubes physical bond created at interface between tube. These make overall heat transfer coefficient covered tube, which must have thicker avoid pinhole lack interface.
