摘要: An analytical device that can be used to conveniently and accurately assay plural vessels. In one exemplary embodiment, a pair of LED sources provides illumination through radial waveguides vessels arranged in substantially concentric circular rows about the sources. A light pipe receives transmitted vessel from each waveguide reflects received downward single printed circuit board contains photodiode for pipe, as well processing circuitry. The first source/radial optical is confirm presence vessel, second perform, e.g., turbidometric and/or calorimetric assays upon an analyte within vessel. incubated support includes heat conducting base insulating cover. Heat supplied by DC heater.
