摘要: Abstract Sampling artifacts for molecular markers from organic speciation of particulate matter were investigated by analyzing forty-one samples collected in Philadelphia as a part the Northeast Oxidant and Particulate Study (NEOPS). Samples using high volume sampler with two quartz fiber filters series. n-Alkanes (C23–C31), hopanes (C27–C31), n-alkanoic acids (C10–C22) analyzed gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS). The extent artifact error was dependent on vapor pressure species concentration. are classified into following three categories: (1) amount backup filter often large fraction front (n-alkanes C23 C24, n-carboxylic C10–C14); (2) consistently small C25–C28, C27–C30, C15–C18, dicarboxylic C3–C9); (3) rarely observed C29–C31, C31 C32).
