摘要: Zinc and Tin Oxide nanowires were synthetized by vapor-phase growth on alumina substrates, in order to fabricate conductometric chemical sensing devices. Materials morphologically characterized FE-SEM, structurally mean of XRD Raman spectroscopy, confirming the crystallinity both materials. These devices then mounted inside an electronic nose their performances evaluated real measurements towards a specific matrix composed Parmigiano Reggiano, famous Italian cheese. The two materials behave very differently presence target compound.
