摘要: Upon barrier disturbance, adult CD44 knockout (KO) mice show delayed recovery of epidermal function. This correlates with the loss apical polarization lamellar body (LB) secretion. As tight junctions (TJs) are crucial for function and regulate polarized targeting vesicles, we hypothesized that regulates TJs associated cell polarity complexes, which in turn contributes to altered skin KO mice. We a delay embryonic formation LB localization mice, alterations TJ proteins Par3. Simultaneously, activity Rac1, major regulator function, was reduced. Importantly, normalization at E18.5 coincided these proteins. Tape-stripping experiments revealed also affected upon induced disturbance In keratinocytes, were impaired. An alteration differentiation markers observed, but less pronounced than Taken together, results reveal an important assembly TJs, suggesting their involvement phenotype
