摘要: Furacin (nitrofurazone) has been used for the treatment of metastatic testicular carcinoma because disintegration seminiferous epithelium produced in animals by nitrofurans. 1 Although a beneficial effect on malignancy occurred, severe polyneuropathy usually developed. Wildermuth's patient, who had received 49 gm. during 4-week period, developed severe, painful peripheral neuropathy.
