摘要: Designers’ representations of how and by whom a technological system will be used play an important role in the shaping technologies. Conceptually, this article presents analytical concept scenarios use that is based on notion script Akrich, but adds insights from interactionist theory Alfred Schutz. In so doing, we are able to trace these for new technologies build previously established widespread typified conceptions related use. Empirically, drawing case studies field e-commerce interactive television, examines formation evolution across multiple design phases as result processes at level projects well fields. The dynamic patterns observed then discussed. contrast focus closure socio-technical variants given many technology studies, present cases instead observe opening processes, is, generation variants.
