摘要: The images sensor includes a readout circuit capacitatively coupled to memory circuit. includes: (i) photon detector receive plurality of photons and provide charge signal corresponding the received photons, (ii) resettable integrator that is reset multiple times over single exposure time provides an analog representation incident during last integration cycle, (iii) comparator monitors output generates pulse when reaches built-in threshold value. receiver detects digital driver in front-end via capacitive coupling voltage for each signal, counting count pulses coarse how many reset.
