Etude d'une famille multigénique chez Encephalitozoon cuniculi, une microsporidie pathogène de l'homme

摘要: L'utilisation du logiciel Miropeat pour comparer les sequences chromosomiquences d'Encephalitozoon cuniculi revele la presence de homologues aux differentes extremites. Cette structure en mosaique des extremites a ete confirmee par une approche PCR. Le plus interessant est genes dans ces regions. La comparaison codantes 4 familles : inter AE , InterB, interC, interD. Nous avons choisi d'investir famille interB, homogene, avec tres peu incomplets comparee trois autres familles. Apres validation interB chez especes genre Encephalitozoon, ont retrouves deux genres microsporidies pouvant parasiter l'homme (Brachiola algerae et Vittaforma corneae). Par contre, sont absents 5 microsporidies, dont 2 parasites stricts d'insectes 3 poissons. L'expression abordee l'espece E. cuniculi. Les transcrits, proteines existent egalement.
