摘要: Abstract The present study investigated some of the major dimensions intercultural effectiveness. Based upon a review literature, 24 “abilities” thought to be important for effectiveness were generated. Fifty-three subjects who had reported functioning effectively in other cultures rated these abilities terms their importance facilitating Factor analysis data yielded three effectiveness: (1) ability deal with psychological stress; (2) communicate effectively; and (3) establish interpersonal relationships.
