摘要: Objective: This study aimed to examine the sleep patterns, habits, and problems in Japanese elementary school children from aspect of their developmental age. Methods: The version Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ-J) was distributed parents 330 students which 296 (154 boys 142 girls) questionnaires were returned. subjects divided into 3 groups by grade (Low-grade [1st−2nd graders], Middle-grade [3rd−4th High-grade [5th−6th graders]). Results: Bedtime significantly later duration shorter older students. total CSHQ-J score higher Low-grade group compared with that group. Regarding sub-items CSHQ-J, scores for "bedtime resistance" "sleep anxiety" those Conclusions: That attributable bedtimes. Differences sub-item largely autonomy sleep.
