摘要: Abstract The tridimensional personality questionnaire (TPQ) was developed by Cloninger (1986, 1987a) to measure the independent dimensions Novelty Seeking (NS), Harm Avoidance (HA) and Reward Dependence (RD). After having investigated basic psychometric properties of a German version TPQ in first study (Weyers et al ., 1995), new sample 200 subjects collected investigate reliability results this add further validity data including measures stress coping, mood drug use. In general, were replicated. internal consistencies superscales NS, HA RD high, factor analysis subscales yielded some support for Cloninger's theory. Because its strong correlations with Psychoticism, Extraversion, Impulsiveness Sensation NS seems tap an impulsivity while correlates Neuroticism Introversion appears behavioral inhibition factor, latter interpretation being supported between like anxiety self-confidence. addition, showed substantial positive coping strategies Rumination, Resignation Self-pity negative Self-aggrandizement Comparison Others Positive Self-instructions, other two hardly correlate any measured. With respect use, only small but bivariate use nicotine psychodysleptics last 12 weeks 2 years. However, configurational demonstrated that type II alcoholism pattern proposed (high low RD) associated alcohol consumption.
