摘要: Pseudomonas sp. CU-1, which was isolated from an interfacial biofilm of a sludge sample collected electroplating company, had relatively high ability to adsorb Cu2 +  in solution. The bacterium grown broth culture produced large amount capsular exopolymers mainly consisting polysaccharides. exopolysaccharides (EPS) were partially purified. adsorption isotherm experiments showed that cells and EPS CU-1 similar Q b for the dye, Janus Green, Cu2+. by could be monitored dye displaced, due binding metal ions onto cell surface. order displacement ion was: Cu2 + > Cd2 + > Zn2 + > Ni2 + . results surfaces cells, EPS-removed suggest plays important role preventing surrounding environment contact with bacterial cells. possible this discussed.
