摘要: Studies are reviewed that support the hypothesis infantile autism results from a neuropathology of temporal lobes brain. First, there parallels between symptoms noted in and those found Kluver-Bucy amnesic syndromes. Second, is similarity developmental dysphasia autism. Third, formation cross-modal associations may be deficient autistic children, symptom resembling aspects Geschwind's disconnection Finally, large number organic factors have been associated with development autism, some these having specific implications for lobe involvement. It concluded main most consistent neurological model involving bilateral dysfunction lobes. Individual differences extent involvement and/or other coexistent neuropathologies could contribute to heterogeneity population.
