摘要: Psychological stress can exacerbate inflammatory bowel disease. However, the mechanisms underlying how psychological affects gut inflammation remain unclear. Here, we focused on relationship between changes in microbial community of mucosa-associated commensal bacteria (MACB) and mucosal immune responses induced by chronic a murine model ulcerative colitis. Furthermore, examined effect probiotic treatment exacerbated colitis MACB composition stress. Repeated water avoidance (rWAS) B6-Tcra-/- mice severely colitis, which was evaluated both colorectal tissue weight histological score rWAS increased mRNA expression UCN2 IFN-γ large intestinal lamina propria mononuclear cells (LI-LPMC). Interestingly, associated with MACB, specifically loss bacterial species diversity an increase component ratio Clostridium, revealed 16S rRNA gene amplicon analysis. Finally, oral administration Lactobacillus strain protective against exacerbation change rWAS-exposed Tcra-/- mice. Taken together, these results suggested that might play key role In addition, may be used as tool to preserve alleviate
