摘要: Abstract Operation of machines in resonance ranges is a great challenge for design engineers. The paper focuses on the analysis centrifugal fan casing vibrations which during machine operation, particularly unsteady states, are very strong. Within series investigations performed according to experimental modal natural frequencies were specified. Additional numerical simulations helped define theoretical values frequency and its mode shapes. results analyzed model was adjusted. information later used vibration measurements real operating conditions. achieved nine-blade impeller (new type) compared an old construction eight-blade impeller. New solutions, shall facilitate operation beyond areas, proposed.
