Performance Measurement in the Smart Cities

摘要: A successful smart city needs an adequate performance measurement system to have all the information required develop effective involvement of stakeholders. Indeed concept is connected no longer just presence and use digital infrastructure but also role human, social relational capital participation stakeholders, who, be really involved, must adequately informed about goals, activities results achieved. In this work, after introduction concept, a new model measure proposed empirical study on sample cities in Italy Europe are reported. The aims analyze how included used their capability meet needs.
