However, its cerebral protection mechanism not clarified at the metabolic level. This work aims to explore global characteristics XFZY rats during phase TBI days 3. A plasma metabolomics method based chromatography-mass coupled with univariate analysis multivariate statistical was performed three groups (Sham, Vehicle, XFZY). Then, a pathway using MetaboAnalyst 3.0 illustrate pathways therapeutic action TBI. treatment attenuates neurological dysfunction cortical lesion volume post-injury day 3, reverses metabolite abnormalities (glutamic acid, lactic 3-hydroxybutyric ribitol, etc.). These differential metabolites are mainly involved D-glutamine D-glutamate metabolism, alanine, aspartate glutamate inositol phosphate metabolism. Our study reveals potential biomarkers networks neuroprotection effects XFZY, shows this approach would be feasible way systematically
