摘要: The basic ideas of the Brueckner-Goldstone theory nuclear matter are presented in a simple way. treatment is aimed at beginners and nonspecialists. It supposed to provide necessary background for review article by Bethe Rajaraman which follows this paper. Therefore, discussion limited few important topics, these considered some detail.The Goldstone expansion (but not derived) construction evaluation diagrams explained. reaction matrix correlated two-body wave function defined, their properties discussed. reference-spectrum method calculating derived, its use illustrated. Finally, related topics convergence definition single-particle energies considered. choice potential energy occupied states treated detail. (Intermediate-state will be discussed Rajaraman.) reason divergence perturbation series binding exhibited; rearranged into convergent expansion, density plays role small parameter.
