摘要: Abstract In modern times, the digital transformation of organizations and communities is a necessity to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, ability map potential scattered diverse knowledge sources automatically quickly urgent for identifying critical so that can effectively carry out management. This research finalization initial smart mapping model fit limited scope validation studied previously; this was done by conducting mix-method approach methodology examine using interviews, forum group discussions (FGD) questionnaires. The results our questionnaire were analyzed Fuzzy Delphi Method determine level agreement between experts. study proposed conceptual mapping, which consists eleven components: leadership, IT infrastructure, environment, objective, stakeholder, business process, KM valuable activity, resource, advanced computing KMap content. also process activity combination quadrant availability resources implementation model.
