摘要: The need for alternative educational places at-risk youth has increased dramatically in the United States with enrolments quadrupling last 15 years, and demand exceeding available placements. is not alone this predicament. Students from other western countries have a similar school Australia, Canada, England, Scotland, Wales all report behavioral problems their consequences, expulsion transfer to programs, as growing challenges system. Given large number of students serviced by schools, it critical that are offered effective remediation. Most educators agree whether programs or schools “empower entrap” depends upon adoption evidence-based practice both academic therapeutic interventions. Therapeutic treatment effectiveness these treatments constitute focus chapter. We will review published studies ascertain skills-based group therapy (e.g. anger management training) consider current knowledge regard risk associated aggregating groups conduct (i.e. deviancy training).
