摘要: Optimal antimicrobial use is essential in the face of escalating antibiotic resistance. The problem resistance affects all sectors health care system—the patient, team, payor, and public system. Previous has consistently been identified as a risk factor for individual colonization with resistant pneumococcus (1). Community-wide consumption antibiotics strongly associated infection or organisms (2). Antibiotic shown to be proportional volume consumption, reductions require reduction (3). Although there evidence document futility possible harm therapy many respiratory tract infections, prescribing continues these primarily viral conditions (4).
