摘要: Stress intensity factor equations are presented for an embedded elliptical crack, a semielliptical surface quarter corner crack along the bore of circular hole, and at edge hole in finite plates. The plates were subjected to either remote tension or bending loads. stress factors used develop these obtained from previous three dimensional element analyses configurations. give as function parametric angle, depth, length, plate thickness, and, where applicable, radius. ratio depth thickness ranged 0 1, length 0.2 2, radius 0.5 2. effects width on variation front also included.
