摘要: The esophagus becomes recognizable at the 2.5-mm stage (approximately 3rd week of gestation) as a constriction separating pharynx and stomach. When it reaches 5 mm (32 days) is short tube, which rapidly elongates during 6th 7th weeks, mostly by cephalad migration laryngopharyngeal area.1,2 Lateral ridges proliferating epithelium develop in uppermost segment, dividing lumen into an anterior posterior portion. Necrosis septa thus formed immigration mesenchyme cause separation trachea 36th day.3
