摘要: ARPA,as the main navigation aid,plays important role for prevention of ship's collision.ARPA has limitation in principle and instrument function,if officer handles ship to prevent collision on basis trust reliance ARPA,the safety would be dangerous.The should know ARPA use correctly ensure safety.
