摘要: With the development of new and more sensitive neuroanatomical tracer techniques it has become possible to reveal details which were not visible with older histological procedures. For example, classical study Warwick (1953) on arrangement motoneurons in oculomotor nucleus (OMN) was based distribution chromatolysis after cutting individual branches nerve; this way motoneuron pool for medial rectus muscle shown lie ipsilaterally ventral portion nucleus. In contrast, subsequent experiments using retrograde substances, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) wheatgerm agglutinin (WGA), revealed a multifocal representation rectus, including group small lying outside OMN (Buttner-Ennever, Akert 1981: Spencer, Porter 1981).
