摘要: In the 1980s/90s, a number of socio-acoustic surveys and laboratory studies on railway noise effects have observed less reported disturbance/interference with sleep at same exposure level compared other modes transportation. This lower grade disturbance has received label "railway bonus", was implemented in legislation European countries applied planning environmental impact assessments. However, majority investigating physiological outcomes did not find bespoke difference. telephone survey (N=1643) we investigated relationship between medication intake events motility parameters during night assessed contact-free high resolution actimetry devices. Multiple logistic regression analysis cubic splines to assess probability use based sound nine covariates. The non-linear exposure-response curve showed statistically significant leveling off around 60 dB (A), Lden. Age, health status trauma history were most important results supported also by similar indicator "night time annoyance". No bonus could be above 55 dB(A), study, slope rise train proved almost as predictor for reactions maximum pressure - an observation which confirms findings from experiments field aircraft disturbance. Legislation using will underestimate about 10 Lden under conditions comparable those study. choice calculation method may influence threshold guideline setting.
