摘要: Spinal disorders and nerve compression syndromes of the elderly are common presenting complaints to both internist surgeons. In fact, approximately 70% all patients seeking medical attention have complaint back pain at one time in their life. More than 13% lasting more 2 weeks [1]. A directed history physical examination working knowledge spinal bony neural anatomy key elements for appropriate diagnosis management.
