摘要: Biomedical optical imaging is a rapidly emerging field providing non-invasive or minimally invasive means in the preclinical and clinical realm. At present, can deliver structural functional information great detail, making it contender for biopsy. In vivo modalities perform an ‘optical biopsy’ that envisaged to have substantial impact on detection diagnosis of myriad diseases. Here we introduce ranging from nanoscopic macroscopic scale. We illustrated their recent developments areas also highlighted technologies moved ‘benchtop bedside’. Their perspectives remaining challenges are depicted. An abridged review, covering applications diseases its future guided treatment monitoring therapies has been presented, which will be suitable reference researchers who aspire enter into arena biomedical vivo.
