摘要: In a previous study, the suppressor of IKBKE 1 expression level was confirmed to be higher in vincristine (VCR)-resistant HCT-8 (HCT-8/V) colon cancer cells than non-VCR-resistant cells. current VCR-resistant investigated further. and HCT-8/V human were used, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers designed amplify gene. Fluorescence reverse transcription-quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) performed detect differences between sensitive drug-resistant cell lines. Western blotting further observe expression. Based on RT-qPCR western blot results, observed markedly cells, this difference significant (P<0.05). Thus, identified associated with resistance VCR.
