摘要: The aim of present study was to evaluate the variation in uptake elements (As, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb and Zn) by different varieties Sorghum bicolor L., plants grown soil amended with untreated industrial waste water sewage sludge (SUIS), on same experimental plots. power chemometrics also used exploring potential natural and/or anthropogenic sources responsible for elemental contents sorghum. Hierarchical cluster analysis explore variety sorghum grouping according corresponding their SUIS samples as additional information output obtained principal component analysis. Significant genotypic detected fourteen concentrations grains, indicating possibility reduce concentration toxic grains through breeding approach. It observed that high tolerance limit PARC-SV-1.
