摘要: This work reports a simple and sensitive sensing protocol for the quantitative monitoring of telomerase activity based on target-responsive release of cargo from wrapping DNA-capped mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) by coupling with a portable personal glucometer (PGM).
