摘要: Biosynthesis of copper, zero-valent iron (ZVI), and silver nanoparticles using leaf extract Dodonaea viscosa has been investigated in this report. There are no additional surfactants/polymers used as capping or reducing agents for these syntheses. The synthesized were characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. phase analysis was performed selected area diffraction. pH dependence surface plasmon resonance subsequent size variation determined. showed spherical morphology the average 29, 27, 16 nm Cu, ZVI, Ag nanoparticles, respectively. Finally, biosynthesized tested against human pathogens viz. Gram-negative Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas fluorescens Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus Bacillus subtilis, good antimicrobial activity.
