Testicular Size in Infertile Men: Relationship to Semen Characteristics and Hormonal Blood Levels

摘要: Testicular volume was assessed in 1029 infertile men and found to be normal 704; 71 patients had unilateral 213 bilateral testicular hypotrophy; 4 37 atrophy. Sperm count motility decreased accordance with volume. The lowest mean sperm counts percentages were An increase FSH LH also significantly linked decreasing volume; the former not related a drop count. A significant correlation between spermatogenesis is considered reliable indicator of function.
