摘要: Abstract An effective method for obtaining antibodies against cardiolipin was developed by injection of a complex antigen (cardiolipin, lecithin and cholesterol) methylated bovine serum albumin resulting in the formation high titer anticardiolipin antibodies. Of lipid components antigen, seems to be important as an auxiliary immunogenicity cardiolipin, while cholesterol is not essential.
