摘要: Abstract Ever growing water needs cause the rising of peak demand which influences sourcing and effluent costs causes an increased outwear distribution system components. To get closer to ideal flat-demand case, it is necessary make consumers use more rationally and/or shift uses from high-loading instants. In case that are equipped with smart meters technically possible apply dynamic pricing determined through optimization cumulative for profile. These covered by revenues in a full cost recovery principle.
