摘要: The specificity of IgG anti-F(ab')2 antibodies was examined by unfractionated sera patients with rheumatoid arthritis and also affinity-purified antibody preparations. One fraction, similar pepsin agglutinator, reacted fragment alone. other fraction cross-reactive yet failed react idiotopes on Fab or epitopes Fc fragments. we had no reactivity toward immune complex prepared from tetanus toxoid antitoxoid.
