摘要: This article gives an overview of the vitreal anatomy and its changes in ageing, which have a significant impact on two main retinal complications after damage vitreolenticular barrier, namely detachment cystoid macular edema. The possible reasons pathomechanisms for this entity diseases context anterior segment interaction are highlighted, summary references is provided showing epidemiology consequences such interventions.
